What happens after your purchase?

You will be contacted by BD Brand Design via email and or phone. We will put together a brief for you to sign off, once the brief is approved, we will move into the design phase. The design will be sent through for approval, one round of changes is included and then a final proof will be prepared for sign off.

How long will it take to get my design?

A timeline will be discussed and agreed to at the briefing phase.

How will I receive my design?

Either via email or a dropbox link, dependent on filesize

What files will I receive?

You will receive a High resolution PDF, Low resolution PDF.
Logo - vector files .ai, eps, jpeg and PNG file
Images - tiff and or jpegs
This will be outlined in the brief dependent on what the work is.
